Live Data

Enable real-time data retrieval for Get Balances.

Important: Live Data will always perform slower than replicated data. It is important that Live Data be used sparingly and only when necessary. The smaller the range of calculations the better.

Requirements

  • Oracle ERP Cloud logon credentials

  • Oracle ERP Cloud URL

  • Enable User Option to access Live Data button on Ribbon

Constraints

  • Only PTD, YTD and QTD balances are supported.

  • No drilldowns are supported, meaning drilldown data will be retrieved from the replicated data and drilldown and get balance data may be out of sync and not reconcile.
