Lineos

insightsoftware Lineos leverages artificial intelligence to help resolve customer issues and answer product related questions.

Lineos currently provides three features.

1. Doc Assist

2. Data Assist

3. Data Assist Function

Click on the Lineos menu on any of the Wands product ribbons to launch and start using the features.

Doc Assist

Ask questions about the product and how to perform tasks and functions. Doc Assist leverages all Wands documentation and knowledge articles to provide the best solutions and results.

Data Assist

Highlight a range of data in Excel and request Data Assist to provide analysis. Follow up the initial results from Data Assist with questions for more in depth and detailed answers. This feature is limited to roughly 2000 rows in Excel.

Data Assist Function

Insert a Data Assist function to a workbook for on-the-fly analysis of analysis of a specified data range. The Data Assist function will refresh when a Range, Sheet or Workbook calculation is initiated.
